PanAfrimarket - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PanAfrimarket (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Sell prohibited or illegal items (see Prohibited Items Policy).
Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
Use bots or scripts to post or interact with listings.

5. Listings & Transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
PanAfrimarket is a facilitator, not the buyer or seller.
Payments via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash are at the buyer’s and seller’s risk unless using PanAfrimarket’s secure payment method.

6. Verified Sellers ●

We may require ID verification to increase trust and safety.
Verified seller status may be revoked if found engaging in prohibited activities.

7. Delivery & Third-Party Services

PanAfrimarket may partner with delivery providers.
Any disputes with third-party couriers must be resolved directly with them.

8. Fees & Payments

Listing basic ads is free unless stated otherwise.
Premium features and promotions may incur charges.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
PanAfrimarket trademarks, logos, and designs are our exclusive property.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
We are not responsible for losses arising from user transactions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Breaching these Terms
Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
